Hot bamboo

This Southeast Asian massage technique can feel similar to a deep-tissue massage. Heated bamboo sticks are used to roll and knead the tissue to create a sensation of relaxation and well-being.

Prenatal and postnatal massage

  • Pre-natal massage aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, and improve circulation and mobility that emerge as the body changes through pregnancy.
  • Post-natal massage is designed for mothers to help readjust or realign the body after giving birth.

Intraoral massage

A safe and effective manual technique that works on muscles inside the mouth. The therapist wears a medical exam glove and slowly and gently treats the targeted muscle with light pressure. Includes intraoral plus face or neck massage.

  • $100 for 45 minutes

Hot stone massage

This is the "ahhh" massage! Hot stone massage is an alternative technique using hot stones placed on the body or dynamically sliding the stones on the body to promote muscle relaxation and pain relief.

Cupping therapy

An ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.

Abdominal massage

A gentle massaging movement is used to relax and manipulate the abdominal muscles.

Therapeutic breast massage

This technique loosens the tissues of the chest, shoulders, and neck, using a combination of massage techniques, movement, breathing, and stretching. Gisela Mendoza Sanchez, LMT has completed the 16-hour Washington State training requirements for specialized training in breast massage (WAC 246-830-555)

Infant massage classes

Touch is your baby's first language and infant massage is one of the most natural and pleasant methods of providing this early nurturing contact. Infant massage is designed for parents to learn specific techniques to give massage to their newborn or children. Research shows many benefits of infant massage such as strong bonding between child and parent, secure attachment, instilling feelings of being valued and respected, and developing empathy, trust, and confidence.

  • $150 for a series of five 45-minute classes (choose in-person or Zoom)
