Ya'axché Massage policies

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and they will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Forms of payment

Ya'axché Massage Therapy accepts:

• Checks
• Major credit/debit cards
• Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards

This practice is not a preferred provider for any insurance company. However, upon request, a detailed receipt may be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage of “out of network” providers and acceptance of patient-submitted receipts for reimbursement before scheduling a session if you intend to pursue this path.

Sexual misconduct

Ya'axché Massage Therapy reserves the right to terminate a session with any client who displays inappropriate conduct during a session. Inappropriate language or conduct will result in the immediate termination of service and the client will be responsible for paying the full amount for the session.
